Join us for a steady, strength-building Vinyasa flow beneath the open sky at the beautiful Oosterpark. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, this class blends challenge with calm, inviting you to move mindfully and breathe deeply.
Expect:
Flowing sequences that build strength and focus
An open-air setting that connects you to nature and stillness
Modifications for beginners and variations for advanced students will be offered. However, if you have never attended a yoga class, we would not recommend joining this class.
This isn’t about going hard, it’s about going deep. A class to challenge your body while quieting the mind.
