Flowing sequences that build strength and focus
An open-air setting that connects you to nature and stillness
Modifications for beginners and variations for advanced students will be offered. However, if you have never attended a yoga class, we would not recommend joining this class.
This isn’t about going hard, it’s about going deep. A class to challenge your body while quieting the mind.
